Somatic Sound Bath

Step into a restorative space where sound becomes medicine, and vibrational healing supports your emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and connection to your Higher Power. The Somatic Sound Bath for Recovery is a deeply immersive experience that blends the ancient wisdom of sound with modern somatic awareness to help prevent burnout, release stored trauma, and restore inner balance.

This journey weaves together the pure tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the earthy soul of native flutes, deep resonance of gongs, delicate chimes, celestial soundscapes, and ancient vocal toning—each carefully layered to guide you out of dissonance and into harmonic resonance. In vibrational healing, dissonance represents the internal noise of stress, fragmentation, and imbalance that builds through constant giving and emotional labor. Harmonic resonance, on the other hand, restores coherence—realigning your body, mind, and spirit with natural rhythms that promote peace, clarity, and vitality.

Amanda holds this space with trauma-informed care, offering a sanctuary where you can fully receive. As your body absorbs these frequencies, you'll experience shifts at the cellular and energetic levels—creating space for emotional release, spiritual reconnection, and deep rest. This is more than a sound bath—it’s a recalibration of your inner world so you can continue your work in the outer world from a place of grounded wholeness.


Elemental Breathwork

Elemental Breathwork is a combination of holotropic breathwork and pranayama practices curated with the intention of carrying you through a journey to connect with your elemental wisdom. All of the elemental breaths are a type of diaphragmatic breathing, This experience is designed to give you tools to harmonize your human experience through self regulation of the nervous system allowing you to reach a state of observation of self to awaken your innate ability to connect with your divine discernment. These tools are intended to help you remember what you already know within your inner wisdom so that you may navigate your life with more ease. Amanda will clearly and lovingly introduce the aspects and elements of each breath technique to help you feel confident in each breathing style. In addition to the breath practices Amanda will introduce an acoustic soundscape with Tibetan sound bowls, flute, didgeridoo, voice and drumming to induce your altered state in a natural way.

How Does it Work?

All forms of breath directly affect the vagus nerve. Through this connection the breath helps to regulate the parasympathetic nervous system. This is beneficial due to the fact that when the nervous system is dis regulated the fight or flight response is triggered in the system. When this happens one can experience high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, nervousness, chronic pain, anger, frustration, shortness of breath, hypertension, increased levels of cortisol production and more.

When the nervous system is regulated through the breath the system can calm and experience relaxation, peace, joy, calm, freedom of pain, observation, fullness of breath, regulated blood pressure and heart rate, and a natural leveling of cortisol production. Conscious breath is scientifically proven to bring all of the bodies systems into a natural state of alignment. This allows one to come into a state of observation of  their internal and external environment to bring in the ability to respond rather than to react to their experience.

Each breath will help you activate a desired effect- energize, transform, calm and integrate.

  • Air (energize) Diaphragmatic nostril breath to bring energy to the third eye

  • Fire (transform) Holotropic Breath to build your external fire of transformation

  • Water (calm) Soothing diaphragmatic breath to calm your system

  • Earth (integrate) Invigorating holotropic breath to send your internal roots as deep as your branches grow high

Elemental Breathwork for Wholeness is one way to awaken the wisdom that lives within your deepest knowing. These tools are your superpower that unlocks the limiting belief systems that are in place due to programming and trauma. Through the power of your breath, a tool that is always with you, you have the ability to see your experience with more clarity and confidence as you navigate your human experience. By honoring and connecting with the elements you have the gift of RE-membering your connection to your ancestral understanding of your place in this world.

Integrated Somatic Sound Healing & Reiki Sessions

Our one-on-one Integrated Somatic Sound Healing and Reiki sessions are designed to support individuals in recovery by promoting nervous system regulation, stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall wellness. These sessions combine mindfulness, breath awareness, Reiki energy work, and therapeutic sound healing to help clients reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and cultivate a greater sense of safety and presence. Through a trauma-informed and recovery-focused approach, participants are guided toward relaxation, self-awareness, and healthy coping strategies that support long-term sobriety and emotional resilience. These individualized sessions provide a supportive space for healing, grounding, and restoring balance while complementing a comprehensive recovery and wellness plan.
