6am Every Tuesday / Thursday @ Yoga Six, Northfield

Creatively inspired foundational Hatha yoga with emphasis on creating fluidity in your connective tissue to support a successful long term yoga practice. Classes are curated mindfully for all levels. Structured from the ground up to offer a dynamic experience whether you are a seasoned yogi or its your first time on the mat.
